Klara Lima’s Inspiring Journey: Overcoming Struggles and Embracing Success in TV and Entrepreneurship
Q: What was the turning point that made you decide to transform your life?
A: I reached a breaking point on July 3rd, 2020. I woke up, walked to the fridge, and saw bottles of wine. In that moment, I felt incredibly sick and realized I couldn’t continue living this way. I was investing all my money, time, and energy into making my dream career come true, but my unresolved inner pain and alcohol were holding me back. That day, I decided to conquer my weak self and become the woman I always envisioned. Now, it’s been four years of sobriety, and I’m continuously elevating in my life. Alcohol was a great teacher, but it’s no longer my lesson.
Struggles and Strength
Q: How have your struggles with eating disorders, addiction, and loss shaped who you are today?
A: I turned all of those struggles into my power. My eating disorders gradually disappeared as I created balance in my life. Some of the habits I used to have instilled incredible discipline in me, which I turned into a healthy, balanced diet. My addictions led me to become completely clean and sober because I had to let it all go to live and serve my soul mission. My losses made me a more spiritual being. I’m only 33, and I’m learning every day. When pain comes, I feel it, I’m grateful for it, but I use it to become stronger. Healing takes time, and we must allow ourselves to experience life as it is. Life isn’t perfect, but once we heal and let go of the victim mentality, we can experience the greatest heights of life.
Balance and Well-being
Q: How do you balance your desire for physical perfection with mental and emotional well-being?
A: My healthy lifestyle is paramount because it reflects in the final result. Your energy is created by your mind, lifestyle, and habits. I work out every day, eat super healthy, and avoid drugs, alcohol, smoking, and processed foods. This is more important than makeup, wardrobe, and surgeries. Beauty is part of my identity. I have always loved beauty, style, and makeup. It’s not about vanity; it’s something I genuinely love and live for. It’s my passion, and it will always be a part of me.
Career Shift
Q: What inspired your career shift from modeling to launching your own show and becoming an entrepreneur?
A: I’ve always been all three: a model, show host, and entrepreneur. It’s crucial to live in alignment with your heart and soul’s desire. Before my mom died, she sent me an email about life rules, one of which was: “You have all the tools you need to succeed.” Every creative heart will always find a way to make it, and the more you are grateful for what you have, the more you will receive.
Inspiring Others
Q: How do you use your platform to inspire and empower others, and what message do you hope to convey?
A: My platform is there to inspire others, to help people, and to brighten their day. The message is always: don’t give up. You have no idea what one small step can lead to. Believe in yourself and do what you love, no matter what others think. Regret over missed opportunities is worse than failure. Manifestation is real, and your dreams will come true if you believe in yourself and take bold steps.
Recent Projects
Q: What are your recent projects in your career?
A: I’m deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring, which complements my career in TV and entertainment. As a motivational content creator, artist, show producer, and now a Wellness Events Coordinator with Ivy Poise, I pour my heart into everything I do. My message is simple: “If you don’t give up, you’ll get everything you want from life.” Stay determined and never give up!
