Israeli rescued after wandering into Kalkilya while searching for stolen vehicle
Earlier on Thursday, officers from the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) rescued an Israeli man who was seen wandering on Wednesday night around Kalkilya, located in Area A of the West Bank.
Upon receiving the report that the man was in Area A, a place considered dangerous for Israelis to be, officers quickly acted to protect and transfer him to IDF troops.
A preliminary investigation indicates that the Israeli entered the city area on foot in order to locate his vehicle, which he claimed had been stolen several hours earlier.
