Bobbi Mendez is the reigning Mrs. Queen of the World 2025, globally recognized for her transformative impact in beauty, activism, and service. Originally raised in a strict Mennonite household in Lancaster County, she began her journey styling sheep on a farm—an early testament to her creative flair. Bobbi bravely stepped out on her own at age 17, attending beauty school and subsequently founding The Glamour Room, now an award-winning salon named Best Hair Salon for five consecutive years.

Her salon is celebrated not only for beauty but as a sanctuary for women seeking renewal and confidence. Through authentic leadership, Bobbi challenges conventional standards, exemplified by boldly embracing vulnerability—such as showcasing her surgical scar onstage during the Queen of the World competition. Through Operation Dignity, her nonprofit initiative, she has provided meals, hygiene support, and “dignity bags” to over 5,000 unhoused individuals. In 2024, she personally impacted more than 6,000 students across her Money Mindset workshops, which focus on life skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial thinking.
