Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham is on hosting duties for the festival, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, which takes place ahead of Remembrance Sunday tomorrow.

The event is also marking the 25th anniversary of the UK government lifting the ban on gay, lesbian and bisexual personnel serving openly in the armed forces.

The Princess of Wales was seen wearing a black dress adorned with a handmade poppy created out of silk, glass and other natural materials, along with earrings belonging to the late Queen.

The Prince of Wales was absent as he is in Brazil for the COP30 climate summit.

The King was announced as a patron of the Royal British Legion last year and will lead a two-minute silence at the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph in London on Sunday.
