Mikey Madison’s Custom Prada Gown at the 2025 BAFTAs Confirms She’s Fashion’s Newest Star
Since emerging on the scene in breakout hit Anora, Mikey Madison has quickly established herself as a fashion girlie—from the vintage lace Dior gown that she and stylist Jamie Mizrahi picked out for the British Independent Film Awards, to the gold sequined Bottega Veneta gown that she wore to the Golden Globes, which came with the added clout of being creative director Matthieu Blazy’s last custom look for the brand.
As is often a rite of passage for a buzzy emerging actor, Madison seems to have found a particular affinity, though, with Miuccia Prada’s creations: see the custom red off-shoulder gown that she wore to the Governors Awards, the crystal-embellished black velvet dress she sported at the London Film Festival, or the blush-pink old Hollywood style Miu Miu gown she opted for at the Palm Springs Film Festival. It’s perhaps no surprise, then, that Madison went for another custom Prada look at tonight’s BAFTAs: a white bustier dress with an embellished crystal scarf that delivered old-school Hollywood glamour, firmly establishing her role as one of fashion’s (and Hollywood’s) brightest new stars.
It’s a busy night for Madison, who is not only up for Best Leading Actress at tonight’s awards ceremony, but also co-hosting British Vogue & GQ’s Fashion & Film Party. Come back to see what dazzling look she serves up for the afters.
