Several people injured after porch collapse in Boston
BOSTON, (WPRI) — Several people were injured following a third-floor porch collapsed at a multi-family home in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston Friday night.
According to Boston Emergency Medical Services, nine people were taken to Boston Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Fire officials believe there was a large gathering at the home, before the collapse.
The incident is still under investigation.
