The Buzziest Halloween Party in Hollywood was a Severance-themed Affair
The party’s vibe echoed a key theme of the series: encouraging guests to leave their responsibilities of work and life at the door. And they obliged, parking their “outies” at the door while their “innies” let loose and hit the dance dancefloor. Hosts Morgan and Braun were taking it all in, appropriately dressed as Severance characters Seth Milchik and Mark S.
Kicking off at 9 p.m. and continuing late into the night, Braun’s sprawling home was packed from the get go, and only grew busier. By midnight, the crowd was in full dance mode, the living room thumping along to a live DJ set as others spilled into the many spots nearby for lounging and mingling. Think: an elaborate indoor bar, an outdoor sunken living room, and a rooftop fire pit.
Recognizable friends of the hosts were at every turn. Paris Hilton was in Tinkerbell getup hanging out on the back patio. Lily Allen arrived dressed as the children’s storybook character Madeline—a nod to her new album—but soon slipped into a sheer and lacy ensemble and joined a group including Hunter Schafer and Maude Apatow. Machine Gun Kelly, whose unexpected standout accessory of the evening was a pair of wired headphones, caught up with Camila Cabello. Glen Powel and Jake Shane were spotted hanging out indoors, while Tobey Maguire arrived around 1 a.m. in a Ghostbusters costume. Others were, for once, not so recognizable, as is the luxury of the occasion, with Leonardo DiCaprio roaming the party discreetly in an ape mask.
Drinks courtesy of Melquiades Tequila were flowing all night, and because Braun and Morgan throw the kind of parties no one wants to leave, no one was in a rush to call it a night. After all, it was back to the hustle of showbiz for the outies in the morning.
