Three found dead in home in Ireland – as man in his 30s arrested

Irish police are investigating the death of three people following a “serious incident” in County Louth.

Emergency crews were called to a house in Tallanstown on Monday morning, where the bodies of two men and a woman were discovered.

A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with the incident and an investigation is ongoing.

The suspect is currently being detained at a station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

The incident is believed to be self-contained as the force is not looking for anyone else.

Police said in a statement: “Investigations are ongoing. An Garda Síochána has no further information at this time.”
