The TikTok community has lost a beloved member.

Aldo Miranda, an influencer based in El Paz, Mexico, was found dead in his home July 8, officials confirmed. He was 32.

The local authorities are still investigating Miranda’s cause of death, although it is suspected to be by suicide, per People Español.

E! News has reached out to El Paz authorities regarding Miranda’s passing but has not yet heard back.

Following news of his death, Miranda’s team shared a heartfelt tribute to the late star.

“Aldo Miranda was one of those people that life gave me thanks to social networks, but over time it became a true friendship, one of those that feel genuine, close and valuable,” the Albe Group wrote in an Instagram post July 9. “Meeting him was amazing. He had a talent that caught, moved, and inspired.”

And the management group—co-run by Mario Aguilar and Jesica Gerbautz—noted that Miranda entrusted them with his brand from the very beginning of the company, despite his large platform.

“He was also one of the first people who believed in me when I told him about Albe Group,” the post continued. “Without thinking, he showed me his unconditional support and so we began working together, but beyond the job, a friendship was born that I will always cherish.”

Aguilar and Gerbautz went on to express heartbreak over Miranda’s struggles prior to his death, alluding that his death may have been by suicide.

“Sometimes the internal battles are silent and we fail to see everything someone carries inside,” the post continued. “Aldo decided to leave early, and though that hurts deeply, I want to remember him with the love, light, and joy he left in us. We are going to miss you like you have no idea.”

The post concluded, “You will always be in my heart and in the lives of many people who admire and love you. I am sure in heaven another star arrived to light the way for those up there.”

Miranda’s final post on his account was a promotional video for his partnership with Temu, however he often shared reaction videos and vlogs of his favorite restaurants to eat at in Mexico.

Many of Miranda’s fans expressed condolences in his comment sections and urged people struggling with their mental health to seek treatment.

“Today the soul of a creator extinguished silently,” one fan wrote in Spanish. “Not all of those struggling ask for help, sometimes they just ask for peace. Depression is not visible, but it weighs. If you’re reading this, stay. There is light after the storm. Rest in peace Aldo.”
