Zara Dropped a Massive Bounty of Designer-Blessed Fall Menswear

It’s a good time to be Samuel Ross—and, by proximity, Zara. When the wunderkind British designer launched SR_A, a newfangled creative atelier for a post-streetwear world, it didn’t take long for the buzz to follow, and the Spanish retail juggernaut to come calling. The first half of their partnership debuted in January of this year, and featured plenty of the sleek, slyly industrial clothing Ross acolytes had been clamoring for. Today, the designer is bringing his expert touch back to the big box, in a reprisal that once again spotlights his particular set of skills on a mass scale.

For the second installment of SR_A engineered by Zara, Ross upped the ante, rejiggering his hallmark utilitarian silhouettes with an eye on the great outdoors. (Enlisting megawatt shutterbug Willy Vanderperre to shoot the campaign—and Julez Smith, son of Solange, to model it—certainly helps.) These are clothes designed with generous proportions to encourage movement, sure, but cut with Ross’s surgical precision.

Looking for a hefty zip-up knit to turn heads on the quad? SR_A and Zara concocted one that’ll serve you just as ably on the trails. Need a good jacket to help you ward off the imminent winter chill? Ross delivers there, too, in the form of a kimono-inspired quilted puffer. Which is to say: The gear on offer will look equally at home kicking back in the coffee shop as it will scaling your personal Everest. Keep scrolling to see what we’re eyeing, or head on over to Zara to scope it it all for yourself.
